BILLING AND MEMBERSHIP
That's not supposed to happen. Contact support and explain your problem. Remember to give them as much detail as possible. Cancellations that have gone through, normally receive a confirmation email to indicate that they have gone through.
You can cancel your Readro membership at any time. We will cease all future charges at once. Your account will be kept open for the remainder of the period you've paid for already.
Valid reasons for refunds:
i) Fraud, technical issues or accidental billing
ii) Readro failing to deliver the experience you paid for and expected may make you eligible for a refund.

Confirming the Refund:
We need 24 hours to process refunds after which we will send you a confirmation email. Your account will get the refund or credit within 7 days. Support can answer any other questions about refunds that you might have. Call them at 1-877-252-9707.
